Roman (A Cold Fury Novel) by Sawyer Bennett

Overview by Publisher:

In a league full of troublemakers, Cold Fury defenseman Roman Sýkora stands out—at least when it comes to negative publicity. When he’s not chilling in the penalty box, the sizzling Czech skate demon is racking up tabloid headlines for his scandalous behavior with the ladies. But now Roman’s feeling the burn from management to clean up his act, or else. Luckily he’s got an enticing distraction: a fun-loving barista who plays the ukulele and brings out a side of Roman he didn’t know he had.

Lexi Robertson came to Raleigh, North Carolina, to finally meet her father, Brian Brannon, and her half sister, Gray, both of whom work in the Cold Fury’s front office. That’s where she first meets sexy, intimidating Roman—who’s really a big softie at heart. As one relationship takes off, another begins: Brian seems to be clicking with Lexi’s boss at the coffee shop. But when the friction between Roman and her new family heats up, Lexi wonders whether she’s a pawn in their game. Feeling hurt and foolish, Lexi’s ready to quit while she’s ahead. Trouble is, Roman’s not ready to quit on her.

I adore this series by Sawyer Bennett.  Well, to be honest, I adore ALL books by her!  This book was another hit for the Cold Fury Series!

Roman is one of the bad boys of sport.  He plays hard, he parties hard and he pushes the limits.  His boss is trying to reign him in and threatens him with a trade if he doesn’t change his bad boys ways.

What is different about this book is that the Brannon family is featured heavily.  We meet Lexi as she is telling Brian Brannon, the owner of Cold Fury, that she is his long lost daughter.  We get the perspectives of Lexi, Roman and Brian in this book.

Lexi is searching for family.  While Brian accepts her right away, her new half sister Grey, is a harder sell.  The family dynamics are fascinating and I really enjoyed seeing Brian find love for a second time.  For those who loved Ryker and Grey’s story, there is a lot of time spent with them in this book.

Lexi is a free spirit.  She works at a coffee shop, plays the ukulele, and dresses how she likes.  She isn’t after the Brannon money, she just wants family.  Lexi meets Roman at the start of the book and the sparks fly.  She likes her men on the bad side and Roman fits that bill.

The relationship between Lexi and Roman is a good fit.  Roman is a loner.  He needs someone like Lexi to give him a chance at a real relationship.  The romance is going all well until Lexi’s new family interferes, which creates some great dramatic moments and pushes the relationship along.  The two of them have incredible sex – not surprising since Roman is as intense in the bedroom as he is on the ice and Lexi’s free spirit extends to her sex life.  This is one of Sawyer Bennett’s great strengths.  She writes loves scenes that are titillating but also emotional.  Each time the characters slide between the sheets, it furthers the plot and the evolution of the relationship.

If you like hockey and contemporary romance novels – you HAVE to check out this series!  The next character Luc was briefly introduced and I was so relieved there would be another book in this series!

Finding Kyle

Finding Kyle by Sawyer Bennett

Overview by Amazon:

When you’ve lived your life as a criminal…
When you’ve done unspeakable things …
When your soul has become dark and stained…

The path to redemption begins where you least expect it.

Kyle Sommerville is in hiding and doesn’t want to be found by anyone. Certainly not by his quirky, free-spirited neighbor who’s managed to push her way past the walls he’s built around him. But Jane Cresson’s indomitable will and insatiable curiosity about her reclusive neighbor makes it impossible for Kyle to stay immersed in his dark world.

Little by little, she claws through his shell.
Day by day, she gets him to smile a little more.
Night by night, they both find pleasure they never knew existed.

When Kyle’s terrible past is exposed, Jane begins to think she’s in over her head. Can her love for this broken man finally clear his path to redemption, or will Kyle’s darkness extinguish every bit of hope she’s put into him?

I was beyond excited to find a new book out by Sawyer Bennett!  I adore her books!  Then I found out that this book had a link to her Wicked Horse series – which was ridicously hot!

I stayed up all night reading this story.  Kyle was undercover for the ATF in a motorcycle gang in Wyoming.  He helped to bring down the corrupt and dangerous bikers who were peddling drugs, guns and women.  He’s left tired and haunted by the things he did during his time with the gang.  He is hiding out on the East coast waiting for the trial so that he can testify and then get on with his life.

He comes to a sleepy town to be the lighthouse keeper.  His nosy and adorable neighbour Jane is like the welcome wagon on steroids.  She is pushy, but in such a sweet way that Kyle has a hard time getting rid of her, no matter how rude he is.  Part of me wanted to shake Jane and tell her to stop chasing after a man so shamelessly, but since I know as the reader how much Kyle needs someone like Jane in his life, I let it go.

The story is like a love letter to the East coast.  It’s charm and beauty and the culture of those who live in a small town.  It made me want to book a trip this summer and get lost in eating lobster, taking ferry rides and enjoying small town USA.  While Kyle is world weary, Jane is the epitome of small town and yet seeing the town through her eyes is like looking at a foreign land.

Kyle is sexy and rough, Jane is sweet and light.  I was really curious how Kyle would handle the bedroom scenes with Jane since she is the farthest thing from a club whore or biker chick.  But of course Sawyer Bennett never lets a reader down with the passionate and lusty scenes she creates.

If you have followed the Wicked Horse series and wondered what happened to Kyle, then you need to read this book and find out how he transitions back to reality.  A sweet romance with the baddest biker/cop!

Max (A Cold Fury Novel) by Sawyer Bennett

Overview by Publisher:

The ice is a cold mistress. As the league’s most eligible goalie, Max Fournier has access to his fair share of willing puck bunnies, but right now he’s more interested in bringing home another championship than a one-night stand. A romantic at heart, Max believes in love; he’s just not great at relationships. So when he finally meets a nice girl who’s not blinded by his celebrity, he’s feeling the heat—and the pressure to save her from herself.
Between working two jobs and raising her sister’s kids, Julianne Bradley doesn’t have time for sports—or men. All she knows about Max is that he’s the sexiest customer to ever grace her gas-station counter. And he sees past her tired eyes and makes Jules yearn for things she can’t have: a glamorous fling, a passionate lover, and the time to enjoy both. Max makes her feel like Cinderella, even though Jules has enough baggage to crush a glass slipper. Luckily, he’s no prince—only a fierce competitor determined to win her heart.

It should come as no surprise that I loved this book!  I adore Sawyer Bennett and this hockey series is probably one of my very favourite hockey series out there!  As a Canadian, it’s pretty much a given that you will love hockey.

Max is a sexy French Canadian goalie.  Be still my heart!  He has a soft spot for the lovely lady working at the gas station when he stops one night to binge on junk food.  Jules has a tough life.  She has suddenly become a single mom to three kids and has no real support system.  I had such compassion for her situation and could understand why she was reluctant to let Max sweep her off her feet and save her.

That is what is so great about Sawyer Bennett.  She creates really strong female characters.  While Jules is overwhelmed with life and it would be easy to take advantage of all that Max is offering, I really respected that.  As it’s clear in the book, there are many women who would do anything to be with a professional hockey player and enjoy the lifestyle it affords.

The author writes the best sex scenes!  While it’s not gratuitous, the characters really come to life when they are finding each other in the biblical sense.  What makes these scenes stand out is the emotional connection the characters share.

When someone is struggling in life, it’s important to help.  What made me love this relationship is how Max gives Jules a hand up, not a hand out.  He recognizes and encourages her artistic talent and with his guidance and support, she is able to find her way.  It gave me feel good goosebumps when Max was helping Jules, rather than taking over her life.

Another great hit from Sawyer Bennett!

Sugar Free

Sugar Free (Sugar Bowl Series) by Sawyer Bennett

It’s ironic that I am writing this review the day that the review for the second book, Sugar Rush was posted on my blog.

This is the final book in the Sugar Bowl Series.  Let’s recap:

  • Sela infiltrates the Sugar Bowl mixer to get close to JT (one of the owners)
  • She plans to kill him because he was one of the men who gang raped her
  • She instead falls for his business partner, Beckett
  • They end up finding true love, despite their beginnings as a sugar Daddy relationship
  • Beck and Sela plot to take down JT
  • Sela ends up killing JT in self defence

So as you can see, a lot happens in two books!  You can read my reviews of those books by clicking on the link above.  I happen to be a huge fan of Sawyer Bennett.  She is a fantastic author and I have never been disappointed by one of her books yet.  When I finished reading Sugar Free the author’s note at the end had me laughing.  Apparently Sawyer’s best friend Shelley isn’t a reader.  Sawyer thanks her for her friendship and hopes that someone will tell Shelley that this book is dedicated to her.  Who is Shelley?  How on earth can she have Sawyer Bennett as a friend and NOT read her books?  Shelley, I am here to tell you that you are missing out.  Sure, you get to hang out with Sawyer and likely share a beverage or two with her and that incredible mind, but you are missing out.  How have you not experienced her wicked imagination that is rife with nefarious villains, out of this world sex scenes and remarkable characters that make you laugh and cry?

This series was so unexpected.  It was such an unusual topic to single out – the whole sugar daddy concept.  I can only imagine the research that Bennett had to do to find out about the world of rich men and young women who engage in a mutually beneficially relationship centred around companionship and money.

Sawyer Bennett knows her way around a sex scene.  She writes them so well.  The books do not hop from one sex scene to another, rather the scenes enhance the plot and the heighten the characters emotional connections.  There is no need to flip forward to find the ‘good stuff’ in a Sawyer Bennett book, as all of it is great and sex happens frequently and passionately.

If I was Shelley, I would be grilling Sawyer over ice cold glasses of Pinot Grigio (clearly my fantasy) about how she comes up with such evil and intense plot twists?  How does she make the decision to put her characters in compromising situations?  I am almost as interested in how she crafts the plot as I am in reading it!  In the final story of this series, I have to admit, I did jump ahead to see how things would turn out because it was KILLING me not to know!

Things don’t always wind up tidy and neat in real life and that is one of the things I liked about this book.  While there is of course a happily ever after, life is changed after the events of these three books.  I enjoyed that the new reality was different and that the characters were changed by the circumstances.

I can’t say enough good things about Sawyer Bennett’s writing.  She creates thoughtful plots that challenge you as a reader to explore new worlds that are different than the typical contemporary romance.  Each book I read by her is enjoyable and at the same time challenging.  Shelley, if you ever read this, pick up her books and give them a go!  You won’t be sorry!

Legal Affairs

I am posting to let you know about my love affair with Sawyer Bennett.  She has become one of my favourite authors.  I have written reviews about many of her books and series.  Recently, I finished Wicked Bond and there are some characters from a book I haven’t read that make an appearance.  Since the appearance is at a sex club, I figured this book would be full of hot, steamy sex and an amazing story.  I am so very glad that I meandered over to Amazon to check out Sawyer Bennett’s other series that I haven’t read yet.

My life for the past three days has revolved around Matthew Fucking Connover.  This is my attempt at an insider joke.  The lead character in the Legal Affairs book is off the charts amazing.  Everyone seems to think so and they like to refer to him with the ‘fucking’ in the middle of his name.

Legal Affairs.jpg

I feel strongly about these books.  Every once in a while you come across a book or series that takes you by surprise.  Sometimes it’s a new author or it’s finding a hidden treasure when reading through their back list.  I am ranking my experience with this series up there with finding Hero by Samantha Young and the Highland Guard by Monica McCarty.  If you read this blog, you know that I don’t shut up about those books, so you know how passionate I am about this.

This is what I find so difficult about writing a book blog!  How do I adequately express what I loved about these books?  How to I qualify the emotions I felt while reading?  How can I make another reader feel my enthusiasm and want to read them?

I’ll start with an overview.  McKayla (Mac) agrees to go on a one night stand.  It’s set up through an internet company called One Night Only.  She meets Matt and they share an exquisite night of incendiary passion.  That’s Saturday.  On Monday they find out that Mac is the newest associate at Matt’s law firm.  It becomes an intoxicating match between the two.  Mac and Matt can’t ignore the intense passion between them and they don’t.  While the sex is frequent and exhilarating, it’s the development of the relationship between the two that is so engaging.

Mac is funny.  Sawyer Bennett totally knows how to create a character that you like.  I adored her.  Matt can be a hard ass, but he is so deeply guarded and insistent on keeping his boundaries.  This is what sucked me in.  It reminded me a lot of the story Hero.

But here is the coolest thing!  Once I finished Legal Affairs and blasted through Macy and Cal’s story (more on that later), there is Confessions of a Litigation God.  It’s the story told from Matt’s perspective.  I know what you are thinking – the Twilight and Fifty Shades alternative perspectives were not great.  But I promise you that this is worth every penny and minute of your time.  There is nothing better when you finish a book that you adored and there is MORE to read – and it’s great!

Confessions of a litigation god

I think what kept me so engrossed was Matt.  He’s so difficult to understand and yet as each layer is peeled back, I wanted to keep going.  I wanted to know more and understand him.  I also wanted him to keep having as much sex as possible with Mac and to give her his heart.

Mac has a best friend, Macy.  She is straight up amazing.  She owns her promiscuity and is a frequent flyer with One Night Only.  She is mentioned in the book often and with hilarious results.  She is the kind of woman that you want to be friend with.  Cal is a friend to Mac and Matt’s former best friend.  He is used in the first book, Legal Affairs as a protagonist.  He definitely helps move things along between Matt and Mac.  It seems only natural that Macy and Cal would get their own books because they are awesome.  They are the subject of the next edition of the Legal Affairs series with their own drama.

Clash, Grind and Yield are the titles of the books that feature Cal and Macy.  These two hate each other, but it reminded me of the boy on the playground who teases the girl he likes. After the two ‘hate fuck’ each other, it turns into something more.  Macy is extremely adventurous.  I almost choked when I read about the sex club they visit.  They definitely push boundaries and it was delicious to read about it.  Now that I have read Sawyer Bennett’s Wicked Horse series, I wonder if this is where she got the idea to write more erotic books and sex clubs.

Dear readers, I honestly tell you that this series is worth it.  I want to revel in the joy I have for these characters and keep reading until I know the plot inside and out.  This doesn’t happen often, which is why I am taking the time to share my love for this wonderful author and this series!

Wicked Bond

Wicked Bond (Wicked Horse Series, Bridger’s Story) by Sawyer Bennett

wicked bond

Overview by Publisher:

Bridger Payne is an enigma that no one can figure out. Wise beyond his years, eerily intuitive and sexy as hell, every woman in The Silo wants him.
None can have him.
Not the real man, anyway.
He might wield the lash for you if you ask prettily, but he’ll get no gratification from it. He’ll definitely make you scream, but he won’t think twice about you when he walks away.
Bridger carries the darkest of secrets He’s filled with too much pain.
He’s utterly untouchable.
Until she came along.

**Warning: this book has sex in it. Lots of sex. Dirty sex. The Wicked Horse Series is a bit different than what Sawyer Bennett normally writes. While you’ll still enjoy fabulous characters, a suspenseful story, some witty banter and an epic romance, there’s just… a lot of sex. You’ve been warned.

This series is NOT for the faint of heart.  The disclaimer is very accurate.  There is violence and adult situations.  Most importantly, there is sex.  The kind of sex that makes you not want to read this book in public.

I have been dying to read Bridger’s story.  He is the enigmatic owner of the Wild Horse Bar and the Silo.  The Silo is a high class, members only sex club in Wyoming.  Bridger has been featured in all of the previous books in the series, but you could definitely start the series with this one.

Bridger has been such a mystery.  He is up for anything when it comes to sex.  If you blush easily, remember what I said about reading this book in public.  While readers have got to know him in the biblical sense, there is a lot we don’t know about him.  This book finally reveals the story of who Bridger is and what makes him tick.

Maggie is not the typical damsel in distress.  She lives a dangerous life as the mistress of the president of a motorcycle gang.  She wants out of the life, but there are serious concerns.  No one walks away from Zeke, especially the mother of his child.  Maggie is brought to Bridger to protect her until it’s safe.

I’m guessing you can imagine what happens next?  Sex, lot and lots of really great sex.  For someone who is so oblivious to any boundaries, I was interested to see what fun Maggie and Bridger get up to.  What amazed me was, that while super HOT, the sex was not all about whips and threesomes.  Bridger has some issues and Maggie helps him work through them – I won’t spoil it, but I was pleased with how the plot progressed.

I am not sure if this is the last book in the series, but if it was, it was a great addition to a sexy series.  I am just so in love with Sawyer Bennett.  She writes stories that make you wish you could be in them.  It’s not just sex scenes that make the book enjoyable, it’s the development of a great story, really interesting characters and an emotional element that the reader can relate too.

Sugar Rush

Sugar Rush (A Sugar Bowl Novel) by Sawyer Bennett

sugar rush

Overview by Publisher:

After posing as an escort for the Sugar Bowl online dating service, Sela Halstead is looking for one thing: payback. She’s closing in on the site’s heartless founder, Jonathon Townsend, and she needs Beckett North, Townsend’s business partner and her lover, by her side. She’d thought that their intimate nights together had forged an unbreakable bond, but after a shocking betrayal, Sela begins to doubt the brilliant bad boy. When push comes to shove, can she trust Beck to do the right thing?

Now that he understands the truth, Beck will stop at nothing to secure the reckoning Sela deserves. But between his desire for her and his disgust for JT, Beck doesn’t exactly have a lot of control over his emotional state. Left with no other choice, he must summon all his discipline to maintain JT’s trust and pretend that they’re still friends. But how far will Beck go to prove his loyalty to Sela? He nearly lost her once. To keep her, Beck might have to kill for her.

Ooooohhhhh…..It’s so hard when a book ends on a cliffhanger!  I have really enjoyed this series so far!  This is the second book in the Sugar Bowl series.  Unlike other series, this book really needs to be read after the first one, Sugar Daddy.

Sela started a relationship with Beckett in order to get closer to his business partner, JT.  In the first book, she realizes that JT was the man who gang raped her ten years earlier and changed her life forever.  She vows revenge and is SO close to getting what she wants when Beckett catches her snooping.

This book picks up right where Sugar Daddy left off.  Sela is thrown out of her shared condo with Beckett after he catches her in his study snooping.  They make up after Beckett realizes that JT raped Sela.  This brings them closer together as Sela is able to tell Beckett about her past and her desire for revenge.  Beckett is able to give into his growing hatred of JT and Sela’s quest for justice fuels his anger.

With a new openness to their relationship, things are better than ever.  Sela now has the support of Beckett and his protection.  She doesn’t have to face this on her own.  The two start to plot how they can bring JT down and save Sugar Bowl.  They hire a fixer and the scenes with him were some of my favourite!

I felt with this book I got to know the characters on a much deeper level.  They share family secrets that have complications for the future.  But what I really loved was how they were partners in the bedroom and out.  For a relationship that started out as a ‘sugar’ relationship, this book allows it to blossom into the real deal.  For those that have read the first book, this was really important because it solidified the story and made me feel positive about their relationship.

The story ends on a cliffhanger – boo!  I was really surprised how the story ended and upset!  I really can’t wait to find out what happens to Sela and what the status of their manipulations of JT will bring.

Wicked Ride

Wicked Ride (The Wicked Horse Series) by Sawyer Bennett

wicked ride

Overview by Publisher:

I think this woman may be the death of me. A dire prediction, but probably true.
Probably true because she’s not mine to have and I’ll probably take her, even at the risk to my own safety. So many men slobbering to get a taste of her and only one, sweet, virginal girl to go around.
That’s right.
She’s a virgin.
Looking like a porcelain china doll that would break if not handled carefully. But I also know she’s stronger than she looks.
She’s a contradiction.
She’s most likely my downfall.
Like I said, she’ll probably be the death of me, but it’s a risk I’m willing to take.

I LOVE this series!  Once I picked up this book, I realized that I missed reading the third book in the series, so I read that as soon as I finished this one…and then I had to go back and read book one and two!  That’s how good this series is!

The Wicked Horse is a bar in Wyoming, but it’s at the back of the property where the real action takes place.  The Silo is a sex club that all the men in the series frequent.  Sexy, dirty, kinky things happen at The Silo and honestly some of the hottest scenes I have ever read.  This series is VERY different than Sawyer Bennett’s other books.  This is definitely erotica – but with a kick ass story!

This is Logan’s story.  While he has been perfectly happy with his life in Wyoming and his time at The Silo, the young woman who is about to be auctioned off has him on edge.  They have a connection that begs to be explored.  He just has to find a way to get close to her, especially since he can’t afford the price that will be demanded at the auction.

Auralie hates that she has to parade naked around a sex club and whip the men into a frenzy.  She is being forced to do this in order to save her father’s life.  She didn’t expect to find an ally in Logan, but she is drawn into his stare and foolishly hopes he can save her.

When her tormentor leaves town for a few days, Auralie and Logan get one on one time together.  They get to know each other and find that they click more than just in the bedroom.  But let’s talk about the bedroom.  Logan can’t have sex with Auralie because her virginity is being auctioned, so it takes foreplay to a new and unbelievable level.  This series and book are just so hot that this book should be read in the privacy of your home – seriously!

What works so well is that there is a relationship between the characters that is not just sex.  Auralie has some serious issues in her life and Logan steps up to help her. There is not just plot strung together between sex scenes, which makes it such a great read.  I couldn’t wait to see where things headed next.  Sawyer Bennett is so skilled at creating thrilling original and unique storylines.

If you like your contemporary novels with some hot Wyoming men with a side of great plot and awesome sex, then you need to check out this series!

Sugar Daddy

Sugar Daddy (Sugar Bowl Series) by Sawyer Bennett

sugar daddy

Overview by Publisher

Sela Halstead lost her innocence in a way that no sixteen-year-old should ever have to endure. She’s spent years trying to forget that night even while wondering about the identities of the monsters who brutalized her—until a telltale tattoo flashes across Sela’s TV screen. The incriminating ink belongs to Jonathon Townsend, the millionaire founder of The Sugar Bowl, a website that matches rich older men with impressionable young women. Obsessed with revenge, Sela infiltrates Townsend’s world, only to come face-to-face with a tantalizing complication: Beckett North, his charismatic business partner.

The tech mastermind behind The Sugar Bowl, Beck always gets what he wants, in business and in bed. And yet, for a man who’s done every dirty thing imaginable, there’s something about the naïve, fresh-faced Sela that sparks his hottest fantasies. Because with her, it’s not just about sex. Beck opens up to her in ways he never has with other girls. So why does he get the feeling that she’s hiding something? In a world of pleasure and power, the shocking truth could turn them against each other—or bind them forever.

Sawyer Bennett is quickly becoming one of my favourite authors.  I have had the pleasure of reading her Cold Fury series and the Wicked Horse books as well.  I have to say, that when you pick up a copy of her work, you know that it will be a story that is well developed, full of interesting characters, excellent drama and wickedly hot bedroom scenes.

This new series is no different than her other work.  She has taken a page from the headlines and put it into a fast paced, revenge story.  This book is not for the faint of heart.  It opens with the memories Sela has of being gang raped and finding the identity of the man who destroyed her teenage life.  With a determination rarely seen, she develops a plan for murder and revenge against the men who robbed her of her innocence.

Sela attends a Sugar Baby event.  This is the business of JT Townsend and Beck North.  Essentially it is a dating site that matches Sugar Daddies with their Babies, women they will support in exchange for a relationship.  It has a sleazy feel to it, especially with the sick and twisted JT at the helm.  We get to know that Beck is the tech genius behind the business and writing code is his thing, rather than doing commercials or press events.  Sela becomes a Baby in order to attend the event and get close to JT.  She didn’t count on JT rejecting her and Beck picking her up instead.

So begins a relationship between Sela and Beck that is almost too good to be true.  Beck helps Sela feel worthy of intimacy and sex.  He breaks down walls and barriers that have held Sela back for so long.  While Beck has no idea what has happened to Sela, he is aware that she is a special woman.  Their relationship was amazing, but it is tinged with the knowledge that his business partner and friend is the monster that Sela is trying to take down.

The author creates the ultimate monster with JT.  He is so evil and manipulative.  His relationship with Beck is a horrible conflict for Sela.  She is falling for Beck, but after contact with JT, she realizes that she has to complete her objectives.  I can’t remember hating a character more than JT in a long time.  I think what makes the reader care so much is that he is so realistic – the charming, rich and good looking man who does absolutely despicable things to women.  Sawyer Bennett taps into the atrocious ‘rape culture’ that is present in our society with this character and makes him the face and target of our collective hatred.  It works and is very effective.  If you are a reader who has triggers reading about a victim of sexual assault, while Sela is healing, this may be a challenging book for you to read.

It is a book worth reading.  I loved Beck.  What a man!  The author must have had so much fun writing such a wonderful character who is literally what every woman wants – protective, caring, considerate, funny, agreeable and fantastic in bed.  Like most of her books, Sawyer Bennett doesn’t shy away from following her characters into the bedroom.  The lust between the characters is explosive.  She really knows how to write a love scene that is sexy, flirty, naughty and exciting.  Her books have become addictive.

This is the first book of a new series and it ends on a cliffhanger.  I can’t remember being so on edge when a book finished.  I can’t wait to find out what happens.  Will Beck believe Sela?  Will he work with her to bring down JT?  Will he help her with finding the other men involved since they bear the same tattoo?  What will happen?

I highly recommend checking out this book!  Another hit from Sawyer Bennett!
